In this episode, Milhouse has a new interesting adventure together with Bart, experiencing the life of an adult. 

After Bart cover's Milhouse's head with silicon and end up almost bald, looking like his unsuccessful father Kirk, Bart come up with the idea for Milhouse to play Kirks role for a while, dressing like him and using paint cans to make him taller.

In the meantime, Marge desperately tries to save Maggie from the dangers of children's television.
